Installation
Start with the official application.
- Open the official MetaTrader 5 download page.
- Select your device and follow the provider’s installation instructions.
- Launch the application and confirm you are using the intended live or demo account.
Account connection
Log in to your QB Capitals trading account.
- Sign in to the official client portal.
- Obtain the MT5 account number, trading password and exact server provided for that account.
- Choose the platform’s trading-account login option and enter those details.
- Confirm the account and connection status. If a server is unavailable, contact support instead of guessing.
Portal credentials and trading credentials may differ. Never send passwords or identity documents through the public website.
